3. Information We May Collect About You
Information You Give Us
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you create an account, complete a form, subscribe to communications, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information, and any other details you choose to provide.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect technical and usage data including your IP address, geographic location, device and browser information, referral source, pages viewed, length of visit, and similar analytics data. This information may be collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 7 below).
We also use cookies and tracking pixels in our emails and text messages to monitor delivery, open rates, click-through rates, and engagement. The results may be stored against your email address, phone number, or user profile.
Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party partners, service providers, and platforms we work with to deliver our services, process payments, or facilitate marketing campaigns.
We may also collect publicly available professional information — such as your name, job title, employer, and business contact details — to send you information about our products and services where we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You can opt out of such communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us directly.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve its performance. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data, including page views, time on site, and browsing behavior. Your IP address may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
We do not share personally identifiable information with Google through this service, and we do not permit Google to use our analytics data for any purpose other than providing analytics to us. Google may transfer this information to third parties as required by law or where such third parties process data on Google’s behalf.
Google Signals
Some pages on our Site use Google Signals, which associates your visit information with Google account data (if you are signed in and have consented to ad personalization). This provides us with aggregated, anonymized insights into cross-device behavior. You can manage this by visiting My Google Activity and adjusting your preferences.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our Site through behavioral metrics such as heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and tracking technologies. For more information, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Retargeting
We may use retargeting technologies to re-engage users who have previously visited our Site. This involves:
- Cookies and Pixels: Placing cookies on your browser and using tracking pixels to collect data about your browsing behavior.
- Ad Networks: Partnering with ad networks including Google Display Network, Facebook Audience Network, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads to display relevant ads to you on other websites and social media platforms.
- Cross-Device Tracking: Linking your behavior across different devices to deliver a consistent advertising experience.
Sensitive Personal Data
If we collect or store sensitive personal data (such as information relating to health, beliefs, or political affiliation), we will seek your explicit consent unless it is not possible to do so (for example, in the case of an emergency). In such cases, we will ensure your privacy rights are protected.
4. How We Use Information About You
Depending on our relationship with you, we may use your information for the following purposes:

To conduct advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others. We may share limited personal information with these platforms to deliver relevant ads. Each platform’s use of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
For Legal & Compliance Purposes
To enforce our legal rights, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and protect the rights, property, or safety of our business and users.
5. Email & SMS/Text Message Communications
Email Marketing
We use Customer.io as our email marketing and automation platform. When you opt in to receive email communications from us, your email address and related data are shared with Customer.io to facilitate delivery of those messages. When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from us, your phone number and related data are shared with Twilio to facilitate delivery. Twilio processes your data on our behalf and in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We use cookies for purposes including session management, analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), advertising and retargeting, and email/SMS engagement tracking.
If you do not wish for cookies to be placed on your device, you can adjust your browser settings to reject cookies. For more information, consult the “Help” section of your browser or visit www.aboutcookies.org. Please note that disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our Site.
8. Third-Party Content, Sites & Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. We do not control these third-party properties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
9. How We Look After Your Data & How Long We Keep It

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the services you have requested, or for as long as the law otherwise permits. Where you have not interacted with us in four (4) years, we will delete your data unless we have a legal obligation to retain it longer (for example, for tax or regulatory purposes).
