We use Customer.io as our email marketing and automation platform. When you opt in to receive email communications from us, your email address and related data are shared with Customer.io to facilitate delivery of those messages. Customer.io processes your data on our behalf and in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email or by contacting us at marketing@telewealth.com.

SMS / Text Message Marketing & Notifications

We use Twilio as our SMS and messaging platform. When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from us, your phone number and related data are shared with Twilio to facilitate delivery. Twilio processes your data on our behalf and in accordance with its own privacy policy.

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from TeleWealth, you agree to the following:

You consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from TeleWealth at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
